"Tweed de Chanel": Floral-Weaving Workshop at Old War Offices - Whitehall, London
I was contracted on behalf of creative production and design studio Sculptivate, to assist them as a production manager during a private, floral-weaving workshop hosted by luxury brand Chanel, in collaboration with Jam Jar Flowers. This was an exclusive event, custom-curated for Chanel's UHNWI (Ultra High Net Worth Individual) clients, accross all global business regions, designed to romance them, and further instill a deep-set adoration of the brand ahead of Chanel's exciting, upcoming "Tweed de Chanel" high jewelery collection launch, to which these customers would receive exclusive early access.

As Production Manager, my role was predominantly to ensure the smooth-running of each workshop segment over the course of this 5-day event, involving everything from managing the staff, maintaining the refreshments supplies, acting as a personal liason to the invited guests, preparing branded gift items for guests, and of course general maintenance and housekeeping duties to ensure the event space was pristine at all times, and reflective of Chanel's esteemed reputation as a prestige, luxury brand.
